Magali — Founder & Head Recipe Developer. Magali is the heart of Cooking With Magali. Born in Brazil and now based in New Jersey, she draws inspiration from her multicultural background and travels. She develops every steamed recipe with a focus on simplicity, bold flavor, and wholesome ingredients.

Photography & Styling Team — Our visual storytellers capture the beauty of steam rising, vibrant vegetables, and golden dumplings. They work with natural light and minimal props to make each dish look as delicious as it tastes.

Recipe Testing & Editorial — A meticulous group of home cooks and editors who test every recipe multiple times to ensure clear instructions, accurate timings, and consistent results. They also write the helpful tips and ingredient notes you see on each page.

Our Process
